The Backward Vendors philosophy is based on a homage to craft, to creation of quality, workmanship and creative innovation.

Collections are made with the greatest care; with the purpose of guiding, informing and introducing the art of handmade, and the perfect imperfections of leather. The Backward Vendor’s studio is situated in Hackney, London, primarily functioning as a showroom and as a leather workshop space displaying goods for sale all year round, ranging from limited edition shoes exhibiting special techniques to sculptural leather pieces.

The Backward Vendor Drawstring Flower Bag is made in collaboration with Seventyfive, the Flower Pouch is made in London using vegetable tan leather and deadstock linen hand-dyed by Seventyfive.
